Nixas Group LLC operates as a technology holding company providing a suite of AI-powered online tools, including:

• NXHealth — AI-powered health monitoring and prediction platform
• Hi Joanna — AI agent assistant for personal productivity (hijoanna.app)
• EvoDaily — Personalized daily growth companion app
• Earn Game Time — English learning platform for primary students (fatebox.org)

Each product may have its own additional terms and conditions that supplement these Terms of Use.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. For the Earn Game Time platform, parental consent and supervision are required for users under 13.

If you are using the Services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Certain Services or features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (for subscription plans)

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Health-related information provided by NXHealth is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NIXAS GROUP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nixas Group LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Washoe County, Nevada.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
